Life has changed for James Burton, but one thing has remained constant: he can't resist the lure of a mystery. This time an ex-colleague of Burton's has died in a horrific car crash. As Burton hits the streets and looks into the victim's last weeks of living he begins to unravel a complex web of gambling, money laundering, and dodgy gangster connections.
